Sharing end of the year reflections… yes, I know we’re a week into February.
I spent the final few days of 2022 doing exactly what I did not want to do… feeling like I was running out of time! Out of time to hit a movement goal, wishing there was more time to see friends & the desire to fully organize my space, especially before traveling. As the clock struck midnight I had a moment of disappointment. Of feeling like I didn’t complete what I had wanted to do!!
Here’s what I reminded myself of during the first days of 2023 and continue to reflect on.. 3 Things that are getting me through:
1. You are exactly where you need to be. (If you’re reading this, read it til you feel it. Your timeline is the only one of importance).
2. One decision does not define you. (We all make mistakes or misjudgments. We always have the ability to re-refine).
3. Start again, start again, and start again… (If something did not go as planned today, know that tomorrow you have the opportunity to refresh and begin anew. Or the chance to start again moments or hours after something goes awry).
xoxo,
Amanda
PS
In case no one told you today, I love you.
