Today’s message is short + sweet. Navigating change can be challenging. Here are 3 Things that get me through shifting times, that I hope will be supportive for you too:
Feel what you need to feel, when you need to feel it. And if you catch yourself moving quickly through life, see how you can slow down, to actually allow yourself the time and space to feel.
Once you feel your feelings, what will you do with the information? How will you move forward? Do you need more support?
“In the end, everything is going to be okay, if it’s not okay, it’s not the end.” I often repeat this quote during challenging times, and if you’ve heard it before or are hearing it for the first time, let it be a reminder that you are making it through.

How often do you ask someone “how are you doing?” and receive a generic answer? How often are you asked that same question and you reply with a (not even close to the reality) quick response?
Starting Monday April 17th, I am offering an 8 week, in person group, in Greenpoint, BK. This is the type of group our society is craving, and that is uniquely tailored to the experience of participants. Group includes writing, gentle movement, a space to listen & be truly listened to, a space to share & A SPACE TO FEEL.
