Happy Friday Friends!
I have a lot on my mind today and a lot that I want to share. Though my words are not yet fully formulated I did record a special Meditation Practice for this community.
Since I was little, I have relied on body based practices like yoga and meditation to get me through tough times. Do you also lean on mindfulness? Or move in the form of running or swimming or walking in the park to release stuck emotions?
If you try the meditation — please let me know how it resonates for you! If you are having a hard day or a great day or a regular day — this is a way for you dedicate time to taking care of you.
