Today, I am sharing a meditation that I recorded for Kula for Karma, a non profit organization that provides “Mindfulness Based Mental Healthcare” and believes that “Mental Health is a Human Right.”
I often think about the many people and places that have shaped who I am. In high school, the very first yoga classes I taught were bedside practices for pediatric oncology patients through Kula for Karma. This experience not only defined how I show up and interact in the world but ultimately led me towards the path of becoming a therapist. I am endlessly thankful to Kula for Karma’s leaders Geri Topfer & Penni Feiner for supporting me in countless ways including as mentors and friends. When asked to record this meditation as a gift for Giving Tuesday, it was an automatic YES!

Amanda
