So much of my life, of our lives, is about holding it all together. Or looking like we have it all together.

How exhausting.

I have a lot to say on this topic and I am sure I will expand more on it another time. Honestly, for today, I am pressing send to press send. To recommit to writing as a personal practice & to sharing more consistently on substack.
