You made it to the bottom!!! As positive as that is, I was thinking today (now yesterday) about negative thoughts. Our brains are wired to think negatively… Ugh! We have thousands of negative thoughts thrown at us daily.
My challenge for you, is to hear a compliment that someone shares with you this week (I know you’ll receive one), and to really hear it. And to really feel it. We have (I have) a tendency to brush aside the goodness that we receive. My offer is for you to lean into self-kindness and acceptance.
