Friends! It’s been a little bit longer than a minute since I’ve sent a letter your way. The past few weeks have not been extra busy or out of the ordinary, yet I have found myself out of the habit of sharing. Which is different than being out of the habit of writing. Writing — I have done. Sharing — I have not.
I have a lot of feelings about 2024 coming to a close though the one that is coming to mind in this exact moment is relief. I am ready for the new energy and flow that the Gregorian new year brings. I have many big and little emotions that have been revealed while reflecting over these past few weeks. I imagine there are many words that arise as you process 2024, too.

Reflecting at this time of year is completely and totally natural. For many, it’s a time of pause and introspection — a chance to acknowledge what has been gained, lost, or simply survived. Holidays may also bring up loneliness, grief, anger, sadness or a mix of it all. I am here for you and with you as you navigate whatever it is that you are going through.
