I often use the phrase “safe space” when I talk about what I aim to provide for my therapy clients or for people who join We All Feel Support Groups. Though what makes a safe space is really determined by each individual. To some degree, we all have experienced what it feels like to be unsafe, in order to know what personal safety is and what it is not.
The recording shared today is a mindfulness practice to support you with accessing your safe space.
